Why do computers use binary, anyway?

3 new things I learned:
- Our hears perceive the waves from the speakers or head phones as sound.
- When the sound is loud, the voltage is high and the sound moves the air. When the sound is soft, the voltage is lower and doesn't move the air as much.
- Every number is like the number two because every decision is made off of two decisions.

2 things I don't understand well:
- How to represent larger number using two wires
- How does the length of a wire depend on if it loses voltage or not?

Something I would like to know more about:
- I want to know more about how exactly headphones work when using a phone and how the sound varies, but we may not even notice it.
